*It is possible to cancel a reservation/cancel a reservation to be paid at the hotel, or cancel a pre-paid room reservation that has already been made.
*SOTETSU GRAND FRESA SAIGON and SOTETSU GRAND FRESA BANGKOK do not have pre-payment service.
